Dr Darrell Baker joins the Board of Blepharospasm Australia Inc.

On behalf of the rest of the directors it is my great pleasure to announce that Dr. Darrell Baker has agreed to join our board. Darrell is by profession an optometrist and carries the highest qualifications that optometry can bestow. Along with his two practices in Perth he is just completing a three year stint as the national president of Optometry Australia. Not only will we benefit from his technical expertise but his experience in governance and strategic planning will be invaluable.For some time now we have recognised that succession planning is a major challenge for organisations like ours and Darrell’s appointment will be a step in that direction.
